📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and local beverages to guests.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with premium spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Recommend and suggest drinks based on guest preferences and trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and restocking.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques, including classic and modern mixes.
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
