📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the development of IKN, ensuring alignment with national and international standards.
• Oversee the execution of key infrastructure and urban development projects, including transportation, housing, and public services.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including urban planners, engineers, and community representatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed developments.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and community groups, to foster collaboration and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in urban development.
• Represent PT Nusantara Capital Authority in national and international forums to promote the development of IKN.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban development, strategic planning, and project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale development initiatives.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian urban development regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
