📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the company, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination.,Support the operations team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities, such as inventory management and logistics.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business processes.,Provide administrative support to the operations team, including document preparation and filing.,Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and equipment.,Support the operations team in the implementation of new processes and systems.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in operations, administration, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and willing to learn new things.,Basic knowledge of operational processes and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
