Bidang Gilang Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our restaurant management software. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our restaurant management software.
• Work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create user guides and other materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Ensure that our documentation is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
• Provide training and support to our customers on how to use our software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
