Go Pro Nusantara is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Conduct regular backups of critical data to prevent data loss.,Monitor network performance and resolve any issues that arise.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
