📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
