📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch-specific projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a corporate or financial institution.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid SIM card and driver's license.
