📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities.,Support the implementation of team goals and objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members.,Assist in resolving team conflicts and issues.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Support the Team Leader in preparing reports and presentations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with team management software and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel as required.
