📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register.,Assist in preparing food and beverages when necessary.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Provide feedback to the kitchen staff about customer preferences.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.,Friendly and approachable attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
