As a Corporate Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the company's management and employees. You will draft, negotiate, and review contracts, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will handle legal disputes, conduct due diligence, and advise on mergers and acquisitions.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee legal matters for the holding company and subsidiaries.
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's management and employees.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with local and international regulations.
- Handle legal disputes and represent the company in court if necessary.
- Conduct due diligence and advise on mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to address complex legal issues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal practice, with a focus on commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
