📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring they meet departmental goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the department's budget and resources effectively.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
