In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.,Maintain and update supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and other related documentation.,Support the procurement manager in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
