📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales associates and provide training and development opportunities.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Handle inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
