In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects. Your daily tasks will include conducting system analysis, creating detailed project plans, and providing technical guidance to ensure the smooth implementation of ERP solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and configure ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, to meet client requirements
• Conduct system analysis and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions
• Create detailed project plans and timelines, and monitor project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure the effective use of ERP systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions
• Document all project activities and maintain accurate records for future reference
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of ERP solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong background in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Certifications such as SAP Certified Implementation Consultant, Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation Specialist, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified Solution Architect are a plus
• Strong technical skills in ERP systems, including system analysis, configuration, and customization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus
