As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth and objectives.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
