Risun Group is seeking a dedicated HR Manager with Mandarin language proficiency to join our team in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and supporting our Mandarin-speaking employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure HR objectives are met.,Assist in Mandarin language training and communication for Mandarin-speaking employees.,Report to senior management on HR metrics and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Fluent in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
