📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, calculation, and disbursement.
• Manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax and social security obligations.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to the payroll system.
• Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure smooth payroll operations and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a financial institution.
• Certification in payroll processing, such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using payroll software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both employees and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
