You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both our clients and candidates. Additionally, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for various positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits enrollment and leave management.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
