In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.,Investigate and report on HSE incidents and accidents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international regulations and standards.,Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management or a similar role.,Certification in HSE, such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or other relevant certifications.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
