Rumah Sakit Indra Coffee is looking for a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Malang and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
