📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet management system.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain schedules for vehicle assignments and driver rotations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff in fleet management practices.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
