📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify and recommend corrective actions to address audit findings.
  • Develop and maintain internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the internal audit team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to integrate audit findings into business strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the internal audit function.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using audit software and tools.
