With 3-5 years of experience in L&D, particularly in the logistics or related industries, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to help our team grow and thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Identify training needs through needs analysis and performance evaluations
• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions using Moodle and Microsoft Teams
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their career growth
• Manage and track training budgets and resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the logistics industry
• Certification in instructional design or training and development (e.g., ATD, ASTD, or SHRM-CP)
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
