As a Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all legal aspects are considered in product development and business operations. You'll leverage your expertise in fintech regulations, including OJK guidelines, to keep the company ahead of the curve. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft and negotiate complex contracts, including fintech-specific agreements.
• Manage licensing and compliance with OJK and other regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic legal advice to the fintech team on regulatory risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and fintech regulations.
• Lead legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including negotiations and disputes.
• Stay updated on evolving fintech regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech legal practice, preferably in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of OJK guidelines and other fintech regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of contract law and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with legal software and tools such as Clio, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
