Your daily tasks will include conducting community assessments, facilitating workshops, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting community assessments to identify key development needs and opportunities.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions to empower local leaders and community members.
• Designing and implementing community development programs in collaboration with local government and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of development projects to ensure they meet their intended outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local leaders, government officials, and community members.
• Providing technical support and guidance to local organizations and community groups.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and refine project strategies and implementation plans.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, rural governance, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of local governance structures and community development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community development and a commitment to making a positive impact in rural areas.
