We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and has a strong background in procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our purchasing activities, ensuring that we source high-quality materials at competitive prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to maintain high standards of service.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
