📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and continuous improvement processes.,Experience with coffee production or related industries is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed.
