In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and that our residents' needs are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.,Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within budget.,Handle resident inquiries and complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor and manage utility costs, including electricity, water, and gas.,Develop and implement property improvement plans to enhance the value and appeal of the property.,Ensure that all property documents and records are up-to-date and accurately maintained.,Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing property management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with property management software is a plus.
