📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of the company's IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies is a plus.Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus.Experience with IT asset management tools is a plus.
