Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Fellow to join our team in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. This position is part of a collaborative project focused on Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) in Precision Medicine. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating PPIE strategies to enhance the integration of patient and public voices in precision medicine research and practice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement PPIE strategies to engage patients and the public in precision medicine research and practice.,Conduct literature reviews and synthesize evidence to inform PPIE strategies.,Develop and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gather patient and public perspectives.,Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform research and policy decisions.,Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate PPIE insights into precision medicine projects.,Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.,Mentor and supervise junior researchers and students involved in PPIE activities.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PPIE methodologies and best practices in precision medicine.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

PhD in a relevant field such as health sciences, social sciences, or public health.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIE, patient and public engagement, or related fields.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful PPIE projects.,Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in precision medicine or related fields is a plus.
