📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock to maintain optimal product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular audits to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager and other departments to ensure store goals are met.,Promote and participate in company initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket setting.,Proven track record of successful store management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
