📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily maintenance and inspections of spa equipment, including massage tables, hydrotherapy pools, and treatment rooms.
• Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Calibrate and maintain medical-grade equipment, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with therapists and managers to ensure all wellness facilities are clean, sanitized, and ready for use.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new wellness equipment and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in spa technology and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use and maintenance of wellness equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa or wellness facility maintenance.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of spa equipment, including massage tables, hydrotherapy pools, and treatment rooms.
• Familiarity with medical-grade equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
