📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel
• Support the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and payments, including vendor and customer transactions
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights to the finance team
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
