As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and efficient solutions to their technical issues. You will work with a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and various CRM systems. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document and track technical issues using our internal ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and provide updates to clients.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and assist less experienced team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our technical support processes.
• Monitor and report on system performance and user satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and various CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
